No Refund on Custom Products

Please note:
🚫 There are no refunds on any of our custom products.
All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can help make it right.

Placing Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
You have the right to use any credit or debit card or other payment method you provide.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time due to:

Product availability
Errors in the description or pricing
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Payments

All orders require full payment at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and online payment services. Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization. If your payment is declined, we won’t be able to fulfill your order.

Pricing

Our prices are fair and competitive, but may change at any time before acceptance of your order. If costs increase due to shipping, customs, or other factors beyond our control after you place your order, we will contact you. You’ll have the option to cancel if you choose.

Custom and Preorder Items

All custom products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to meet stated production and delivery timelines. However, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or weather disruptions.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our site, you’re responsible for maintaining its security and all activities under your login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not use a username that is offensive or violates someone else’s rights.

Your Content

If you upload or post content (like artwork or reviews), you’re responsible for it and you confirm you have the right to use it. You grant us permission to use that content as needed to fulfill your orders or display on our site (like in galleries or testimonials).
