Return/Refund Policy

🚫 No Refunds — Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds on any I’ll Print 4U! products. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the item (excluding shipping) once it’s been shipped back to us and inspected.


🔄 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at orders@illprint4u.com or call 760-207-1246 within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong size, wrong item ordered, changed mind), you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.

📌 Important:
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


🔍 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

Want something else? The fastest way is to start a return for store credit, then place a new order.


💸 Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.


💰 Discount Codes

Make sure to apply your discount code at checkout — we can’t adjust orders afterward.
I’ll Print 4U! reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time. Sales tax, shipping, and handling do not qualify for discounts. No rain checks.
